It’s perfect for enjoying nature and reveling in the change of seasons.

Enjoy Nature’s Landscape
Being in nature has a way of reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
There is just something about breathing in the fresh air that helps to clear a person’s mind.
Take a walk, jog, or hike through nature and enjoy the beauty of the season.
When you really stop to look you will notice how your parks, city, and neighborhood changes during fall.
Grab a blanket and head to a park or even your backyard with a thermos of hot chocolate, cider, pumpkin spiced coffee, or hot cocoa and enjoy sights, sounds, and fresh air.
Take pictures of what you notice.
This could be a great project for the kids as well.
Find that gorgeous leaf full of brilliant colors and marvel at what nature can do. And most all, take a deep breath and relax.

If you’ve never practiced yoga outside, this is the time to do so! Grab your mat or just ground yourself in the grass.
Consider what time of day you exercise. You might find it relaxing to be outside to watch the sunrise or change to an evening run and catch the sunset. While your exercise activity may remain the same, let nature provide its ever-changing backdrop as a reminder of its beauty.
