The autumn season brings to mind crisp days with brilliant colors of red, yellow, and orange dotting the trees and landscape as the weather changes.
Depending on where you live, fall might be the best time to be outdoors! Fall is also the time of year you can take advantage of the cooler temperatures.
It’s perfect for enjoying nature and reveling in the change of seasons.

Consider what time of day you exercise. You might find it relaxing to be outside to watch the sunrise or change to an evening run and catch the sunset. While your exercise activity may remain the same, let nature provide its ever-changing backdrop as a reminder of its beauty.
