In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Turn Around Time.
Turnaround time refers to the time is takes Sweet Fireflies to process and ship your order once payment has been made. Turnaround time does not include transit time via the shipping carrier.

Sweet Fireflies is a made to order shop. Unless otherwise stated in the listing information our turn around is 5-10 business days. If you require expedited processing, please contact us at info@behindthemombun.com

Returns and Exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Lost or Damaged Items.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. All orders will be sent with tracking information to show proof of delivery. We also take great care in packaging items for transit.

Every effort will be made to track lost packages. If it becomes evident that we will be unable to locate your order by working with the shipping company, your items will be remade and sent to you at no additional cost.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
While we make every effort to ensure you receive a quality product, there may times that a flaw or defect has been unintentionally overlooked. You have 48 hours from the date that you receive your item to notify us of any defects. Once notified, pictures of the defect will be required before any action is taken on our part.

Rush Order.
There will be an additional fee for all rushed orders.
